Sukabumi, ummi.ac.id – Dr. Dicky Jhoansyah, S.E., M.A., has successfully obtained a Doctorate in Business Administration from Universitas Padjadjaran (UNPAD) Bandung. He is one of the faculty members who has made significant contributions to Universitas Muhammadiyah Sukabumi (UMMI), particularly in the Business Administration Program of the Faculty of Social Sciences (31/01/2024).

The public defense for the doctoral promotion was held at the Postgraduate Program of FISIP UNPAD, Dago Bandung, on the 2nd floor of Building A. The defense proceeded with solemnity, allowing Dr. Dicky Jhoansyah, S.E., M.A., to successfully defend his dissertation titled "The Influence of Operational and Financial Performance on Profitability through Non-Performing Loans as a Mediating Variable (Financial Study of State-Owned Banks in Indonesia for the Period 2012 – 2021)".

In-depth, his research examines the extent of the influence of Operational and Financial Performance on Profitability through Non-Performing Loans as a Mediating Variable. The state-owned banks focused on in the study are Bank Mandiri, BRI, BNI, and BTN, listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2012-2022 (the last ten years).

Dr. Dicky Jhoansyah, S.E., M.A., expressed his gratitude and thanks to the Rector of UNPAD, the Dean of FISIP, the Head of the Business Administration Program, and the academic community at FISIP UNPAD. He also conveyed his heartfelt gratitude to the Rector and Vice Rector II of UMMI, the Dean and Vice Deans of FIS, the Head of the Business Administration program, and his colleagues in the Business Administration department. He also sincerely appreciated his family, especially his wife and three children, for their support and understanding throughout the learning process.

This success is a testament to the high spirit of the academic community at UMMI in advancing knowledge in their respective fields.
