Executive Board has a main duty in implementing duties and functions of Chief Executive of Muhammadiyah. The board consists of a Chairman, Vice-chairman, Secretary and several members comprehending the life and condition of UMMI. The members and the managements are not allowed to be any Leader in University. Management and membership of the board are assigned directly by Chief Executive of Muhammadiyah based on the proposal of the Rector and Regional Executive of Muhammadiyah West Java Region.
Duties and Functions
- Providing funds for University.
- Giving consideration to the Leader of University in leading and implementing the development of the university.
- Appointing and dismissing permanent lecturer and administrative staff based on the proposal and consideration of University Leader.
- Formulating the Statutes and Research Master Plan of the University.
